Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. TradeSmart provides trading education and trader-development services. TradeSmart does not guarantee profitability, income, recovery of losses, successful trading performance or any particular financial outcome.
Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Leverage can magnify losses and, depending on the instrument and account terms, losses may exceed the amount initially committed. Market gaps, liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, financing charges, platform failures, data errors, execution delays and other factors can materially affect results. Stop orders, position-sizing rules and other risk controls can reduce some risks but do not eliminate them or guarantee execution at an intended price.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Before trading, understand the instrument, costs, leverage and the terms of your broker or platform, and obtain appropriately qualified independent advice where you need it.
Educational scope
TradeSmart teaches market reading and the development of a professional trading process. Services may include recorded training, live educational market analysis, market-preparation sessions, the Trading Performance Diagnostic, private assessment and private implementation or coaching support.
The purpose is to develop your understanding, judgement, preparation, execution process, risk-process consistency, recordkeeping and review. TradeSmart does not manage your investment account, hold trading funds or assets, place orders for you, or require access to your brokerage account. Do not send brokerage passwords, account credentials or funds to be traded on your behalf.
TradeSmart materials and sessions are not a promise that a particular strategy, setup, market view or process will be profitable. The fact that education is tailored to a trader's process or evidence does not make it a guarantee of suitability for any particular investment or transaction. Nothing on the website is an offer by TradeSmart to buy or sell a financial instrument.
Live Trading Room and market preparation
The Live Trading Room and Weekly Market Analysis & Preparation are educational environments for observing and applying TradeSmart's methodology to markets. Analysis may concern current markets and may include an instructor's own trading decisions. It is not an instruction to copy a trade, and it is not a promise that an entry, exit, stop, target or market view will work.
Your account, timing, position size, costs, execution and circumstances may differ. A trade or idea discussed in a live session can become outdated quickly. A replay reflects the information and circumstances at the time it was recorded. TradeSmart does not undertake to monitor your positions or provide continuing updates after a session unless expressly agreed as part of a separate service.
Methodology and market information
TradeSmart's methodology brings together Trend / Pivots, Supply / Demand and Price Direction across multiple timeframes. Supply / Demand analysis interprets observable price evidence and market location. It does not reveal undisclosed institutional orders, establish another participant's intentions with certainty or guarantee a reversal. Market structure and price analysis cannot predict future prices with certainty.
Charts, market data, commentary, examples and platform information can contain errors, omissions or delays. Teaching examples may simplify aspects of a market. Verify information independently before making a financial decision.
Diagnostic, assessment and private work
The Trading Performance Diagnostic uses the information you provide to identify areas of your trading process that may deserve attention. It is an educational diagnostic, not a prediction of returns, a certification of trading competence or an investment-suitability assessment.
A Root-Cause Trading Assessment or other private assessment may examine trading-process evidence in more depth. Private implementation or coaching may help you work on an identified process need. These services do not guarantee that a difficulty will be resolved or that improved understanding will result in profits. Discussion of trading behaviour or psychology is educational and is not mental-health diagnosis or treatment.
Examples, performance information and client experiences
Past performance does not predict future results. Selected trades, charts and examples should not be taken as a complete trading record or as typical customer results.
Simulated, hypothetical and backtested examples must be understood in context. They may benefit from hindsight and may not reflect liquidity, costs, slippage, execution constraints or the financial and emotional pressures of live trading. Any result depends on the assumptions used.
Client experiences relate to particular people and circumstances. They do not guarantee that another customer will obtain the same experience or outcome. Any material incentive or relationship connected with a testimonial or endorsement should be disclosed where relevant.
Conflicts and third parties
An instructor may hold or trade instruments discussed in a session. Relevant conflicts arising from a position, commercial relationship or referral arrangement should be disclosed where appropriate. Do not assume that an instructor's objectives, holdings or execution match yours.
A reference or link to a broker, platform, data service or other third party does not establish that it is suitable for you. Review its terms, costs, risks and regulatory status independently.
Your rights
This disclaimer explains the educational scope and trading risks. It does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove mandatory consumer rights, excuse non-delivery or permit a misleading statement. The applicable service description, order confirmation and purchase terms also form part of the agreement.
